Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges nor refunds on any products regardless of whether or not they have been used. When selecting a product for purchase please be sure it is the item you want. If you should have any questions regarding our products please contact us at before ordering.

To request a refund please contact our service department at regarding what the issue is and provide your receipt number found on your receipt. It is possible that the product is not defective but may only need a minor adjustment or some advice on how to use the product. If in fact your item is defective instructions will be provided to you after your request has been received by the Vapor Bunker team.

14 Day Warranty, DOA or Wrong Item Claims

DOA items (Dead on Arrival) claims must be reported within 72 hours of the time of delivery so please make sure your product functions right away. A product is considered DOA if it has failed to function upon first use.

Wrong Items claims must be reported within 72 hours of the time of delivery so please check to be sure your order has been filled correctly.

The 14 Day Warranty covers most hardware, including batteries, due to manufacturing defects. Scratches and/or discoloration are considered normal wear and tear therefore not covered by any warranty. This warranty does not cover any use of a product that does not fall within the designed use intended by the manufacturer. The 14 Day Warranty starts the day of delivery. Items NOT covered by the 14 Day Warranty include eLiquid, Cartomizers and Clearance products. Vapor Bunker does NOT guarantee that purchased products will be compatible with those products of other manufacturers or suppliers.

Misuse or Damage of Returned Products

Any product returned by a customer which is found to have been damaged by improper use or care by the customer will NOT be covered under the warranty.

Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer assumes the cost of shipping returned items back. Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. If there is a replacement product sent back to you, the customer, we cover that shipping cost
